If you are a Patient

If you cannot really remember your password or access your account please proceed to the receptionist area on any day and ask for the receptionist to reset your account's password and they will give you your new credentials. Please use it in order to login again.

If you are a hospital staff (Doctor, Nurse, Heart Nurse, Med Tech, Rad Tech, Pharmacist, HI, Receptionist)

If you cannot really remember your password or access your account please proceed to any admin on any day and ask for the admin to reset your account's password and they will give you your new credentials. Please use it in order to login again.
